What this policy covers

We sell transport services, not physical products. There are therefore no items to return.

This policy covers refunds of amounts paid for pickups, transfers and deliveries, including LTL and FTL shipments, ordered through our website or quotes.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
